Privacy Policy

Effective date: 5/9/2026

1. Summary

RealShoot Pro respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information RealShoot Pro collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and RealShoot Pro.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
  • Usage Data: logs about how you interact with the Service, including device/browser metadata.
  • User Content (pass‑through only): images you upload for generation are processed as pass‑through data solely to provide the Service. We do not use your uploads or outputs to train models, and we do not retain them beyond the generation flow except for short‑lived caching strictly necessary to deliver the result to you.
  • Payment: handled by our third‑party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

3. How We Use Information

RealShoot Pro uses the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To process transactions, billing, and customer support.
  • To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To communicate with you about updates, features, and service-related notices.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

RealShoot Pro may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing). RealShoot Pro may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, and in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. RealShoot Pro does not sell your personal information to third parties.

4A. User Content; Lawful Use and Rights

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for any images or materials you upload. If uploads include people or private property, you are responsible for any required releases and compliance with applicable laws (e.g., privacy and publicity). We may use technical and human review to detect abuse, improve safety, and operate the Service consistent with our Terms of Service.

5. Data Retention

We minimize retention. User Content (uploads and generated outputs) is used as pass‑through only, and is deleted after delivery of your result—typically immediately after generation completes and the result is handed back to your browser, except for transient caching required to complete delivery. We do not use your uploads or outputs for model training. Account, billing, and security logs may be retained as required for legitimate business purposes and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your personal information using the in‑app support form when signed in.

5A. Ownership of Content; No Training or Reuse

You retain all rights to the images you upload and to the outputs you lawfully generate. RealShoot Pro does not claim ownership over your content. We do not use your uploads or outputs to train AI models, and we do not reuse your content for marketing or any other purpose after the generation task completes.

6. Your Choices

  • You may access or update your account information via the Settings page.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will remove personal data subject to legal retention requirements.
  • You can opt out of non‑essential communications where applicable.

7. Security

RealShoot Pro employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and RealShoot Pro cannot guarantee absolute security.

7A. Safety, Abuse Prevention, and Moderation

To protect users and the Service, we may automatically or manually analyze content, logs, and usage signals (e.g., hashing, metadata, abuse heuristics) to prevent fraud, security incidents, and policy violations, and to improve quality and safety.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure that transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

If we make material changes, RealShoot Pro will provide notice as required by applicable law, such as by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

15. International Transfers

If personal data is transferred internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent transfer mechanisms, in addition to technical and organizational measures.

16. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

17. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy and to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We may anonymize or aggregate data for analytics and product improvement.

18. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise rights, please contact us using the in‑app support form when signed in. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law.
